Embedding all fonts with ps2pdf
When creating pdfs with Ghostscript/Ghostview, the 14 standard fonts (Courier, Helvetica, and Times families, Symbol, and ZapfDingbats) are not embedded when the output device is default, screen, and ebook. If you are still reading this, then you probably know the picky submission site that requires all fonts embedded (starts with "pdf", ends with "-express").
Pass the following parameter: "-dPDFSETTINGS=/printer" (or "-dPDFSETTINGS#/printer" if on Windows) to ps2pdf and minions to specify the right output format.
